If you paid for your taxi online and subsequently cancelled through My Booking, your eligible refund is automatically processed through our payment provider, Stripe.
How does the refund work?
- At least 3 hours before pickup: You receive a full refund.
- Less than 3 hours before pickup: You receive a 70% refund. The remaining 30% is the cancellation fee.
Before confirming your cancellation, My Booking clearly displays the exact refund amount.
How long does a refund take?
The refund is automatically initiated after a successful cancellation. It typically takes 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
