What cancellation conditions apply?
- At least 3 hours before pickup: Free cancellation. Nothing to pay.
- Less than 3 hours before pickup: A cancellation fee of 30% of the affected journey fare applies.
How do I pay any cancellation fees?
If a cancellation fee applies, you'll receive an invoice for the amount. You don't need to pay in advance to complete the cancellation.
Before confirming, My Booking automatically displays the exact cancellation amount, allowing you to review the charges before proceeding.
