You can easily cancel your Express Taxi reservation through My Booking, using the personal link in your confirmation email.
Our cancellation policy:
- At least 3 hours before pickup: Free cancellation.
- Less than 3 hours before pickup: A 30% cancellation fee applies to the affected journey.
How are cancellation fees calculated?
Before you confirm your cancellation, My Booking automatically displays the applicable cancellation fee and any refund amount.
Example: For a €200 journey cancelled within 3 hours of pickup, the cancellation fee is €60.
- If you paid online, the remaining €140 is automatically refunded to your original payment method.
- If you selected payment to the driver, you'll receive an invoice for the €60 cancellation fee.
Booked a return journey? Cancellation charges are calculated for the journeys being cancelled. If your outbound trip has already been completed, only your upcoming return journey can be cancelled.
You'll always have the opportunity to review the amounts before confirming your cancellation.
