Yes, but only after your outbound journey has been completed.
The following rules apply to return bookings with Express Taxi:
- Both journeys are still upcoming: You can only cancel the entire booking.
- Your outbound journey has been completed: You can cancel the remaining return journey separately.
How to cancel your return journey:
- Open your booking confirmation email and click your personal My Booking link.
- Select your return journey and choose Cancel.
- Review any applicable cancellation fees and refund amount.
- Confirm your cancellation.
What cancellation fees apply?
- At least 3 hours before your return pickup: Free cancellation.
- Less than 3 hours before pickup: A 30% cancellation fee applies to the return journey fare.
If you paid online, any eligible refund is automatically returned to your original payment method.
Your completed outbound journey remains unaffected.
