What does cancelling cost?
Per ride:

| More than 3 hours before pickup | None | The full ride price |
| Less than 3 hours before pickup | 30% | 70% of the ride price |
How do you cancel?
- Through the link in your confirmation e-mail.
- Each ride in a booking is treated separately. If you cancel only one ride, the fee applies to that ride only.
When do you get your money back?
- Within 7 working days, and at the latest within 14 days after your cancellation.
- Back to the original payment method, with no transaction costs deducted.
- For rides you paid in cash or by card in the taxi: by bank transfer to an account you give us. We pay the transfer cost.
