You can easily cancel your reservation through My Booking.
- Open your Express Taxi booking confirmation email.
- Click your personal My Booking link.
- Select Cancel and follow the instructions to confirm your cancellation.
Free cancellation: You can cancel your journey free of charge up to 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
If you cancel less than 3 hours before pickup, a cancellation fee of 30% of the affected journey fare applies.
For return bookings, cancellation conditions apply to the journeys being cancelled. If both journeys are still upcoming, the entire booking must be cancelled.
