What should you do?
- Contact your assigned driver. Their phone number is available through My Booking.
- Let your driver know approximately how late you expect to be.
- Coordinate with your driver to see whether the pickup time can be adjusted.
Know in advance that you need a later pickup? You can change your pickup time through My Booking up to 2 hours before your scheduled journey.
We'll do our best to accommodate unexpected delays. However, changes to your pickup time depend on your driver's availability and schedule.
