Once a driver has been assigned to your journey, you can view their contact details through My Booking.
How to find your driver's details:
- Open your Express Taxi booking confirmation email.
- Click your personal My Booking link.
- View your assigned driver's details, including their name and phone number.
Your driver will normally contact you before pickup to coordinate the meeting arrangements.
Can't see your driver's details yet? A driver may not have been assigned. Details become available once the assignment is confirmed.
