- Keep your phone switched on and check for any calls or messages from your driver.
- Open My Booking using the link in your confirmation email to view your assigned driver's details.
- Still unable to reach your driver? Contact Express Taxi directly via WhatsApp or phone.
Important: Stay at the agreed pickup location and speak with your driver before moving somewhere else.
