When you cancel your reservation through My Booking, you can check whether your cancellation has been processed.
How to verify your cancellation:
- Open your personal My Booking link from your booking confirmation email.
- Check your reservation status.
- Once your cancellation has been processed successfully, the status will show CANCELLED.
Paid online? Any eligible refund is automatically initiated. It may take several business days for the money to appear in your account.
