Professional, comfortable and prompt.
The driver arrived spot on time. The minivan was clean and comfortable. It accomodated well our group of 4 adults with 7 pieces of luggage. The driver was friendly and courteous. His English was good.

Great service despite travel chaos
Landed late at Schiphol and the trains were on strike, nightmare. Our driver couldn't find parking, so he called us right away and told us to meet him just outside departures, only a couple minutes' walk. Friendly guy, clear instructions, all went smooth.

Quick tip: don't bother with the Meet & Greet service for a normal pickup, the driver said it's really meant for groups and business travellers. Following his instructions was easy enough. And they even refunded us the €20 for it, which was a nice surprise.

Would definitely use them again. Great service when everything else was falling apart.

Top service! This morning I traveled from Schiphol to The Hague with Express Taxi. Upon arrival, I left my phone in the taxi. The driver had already been on the road for ten minutes, but simply turned around to return it. I wanted to give him a tip, but he didn't even accept that. The car was also super clean and comfortable, by the way. Truly top service, thanks! I will definitely travel with you again.

We can wholeheartedly recommend Express Taxi – absolutely top-notch! We booked our ride easily through their website – incredibly straightforward, and the best part: no prepayment was required, just payment directly to the driver. The driver contacted us immediately after landing at Schiphol Airport, promptly and with a friendly demeanor. He brought us safely to Efteling and returned us to the airport on time in the afternoon. Everything went perfectly. It was clear the driver was highly experienced – a smooth and comfortable ride. We highly recommend Express Taxi! We would definitely use them again.

Great ride, just check the email
Booked Express Taxi from Schiphol to the Rotterdam cruise terminal and honestly, no complaints about the ride itself. Driver was super chill, spoke great English, car was spotless, and the drive was smooth as butter. Only hiccup, pickup was a bit confusing. We had to meet the guy at departures (upstairs instead of arrivals, which threw us off. They did send the instructions by email, but yeah… we totally didn't read it. Our bad. All in all, good service. Just make sure you actually check the email before you land! Would book again

Great service
We booked the 4-hour tour from Rotterdam to Amsterdam Airport and really enjoyed it. Our driver was super friendly, spoke great English, and knew the area really well. he took us to a few places we never would have found ourselves and shared lots of interesting local tips along the way. It felt more like going around with a local than a tour guide. Definitely recommend!

Excellent, reliable service
We booked with Express Taxi Service through Viator for our transfer from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to the Rotterdam Cruise Terminal. Our driver was already waiting for us when we arrived, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.

During the ride, the driver mentioned that booking directly through their website express-taxi.nl offers exactly the same service but at around 40% cheaper than through Viator. So for our return trip to the airport, we booked directly with them. and to our surprise, we even got the same driver!

Highly recommend this service!
This was great transfer experience for us. They accommodated a group of 5 coming in on 2 different flights. Customs took a very long time to get through and our driver patiently waited for us. Great communication via text messages. We had eldery in our group and the driver graciously helped to load our luggage. Car was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this service to transfer from AMS to a hotel in Rotterdam.

Top service and friendly driver at Express Taxi, truly excellent. To a clinic in Belgium and back, same day, everything just went really smoothly. The driver was friendly and helped out with everything. Just asked for a quote via WhatsApp, got a great deal, booked, and done. All the details received right away. Tip: just WhatsApp them for a price before you book online. We paid 30% less via WhatsApp than on their site. Definitely worth it.

Highly recommended
We had an evening flight from Schiphol and our Rotterdam hotel check-in was only at 11am, so we figured why not explore a bit of the Netherlands instead of just waiting around. We hit up Express Taxi and they hooked us up with a sweet 6-hour tour.
Our driver Sam was awesome really friendly, super experienced, and knew all the good spots. He took us from the hotel to the Delft pottery museum, Scheveningen beach, Madurodam (that miniature Holland place is actually really cool, and we even got lucky and drove past some gorgeous tulip fields on the way to the airport.
Everything went perfectly, no stress at all. These guys know their stuff!
Big thanks to Sam and Express Taxi highly recommend👍

Super service from Express Taxi! Highly recommended for trips to Schiphol. We booked a return trip, and the outward journey was already fantastic: picked up promptly in a chic Mercedes and dropped off promptly at the departure hall. But the return trip was truly impressive. Due to snow in the Netherlands, our flight was canceled. Even before KLM informed us, Express Taxi contacted us to inform us that the flight was canceled and to ask us to keep them updated. These guys truly take their job seriously. Exceptional service; we will definitely book with them again!

A fantastic experience to Schiphol. A truly excellent choice, Express Taxi in The Hague! Booking online was super easy, and I received confirmation and the driver's details in no time. Everything went smoothly, and the driver was also super friendly. The price was also reasonable. Much easier than the train or tram, a truly fantastic start to the holiday.

Had an amazing tour with Express Taxi! got picked up right on time from Rotterdam Cruise Terminal and had a smooth ride through Delft, The Hague, and Scheveningen Beach before getting dropped off at Amsterdam Airport Hilton. the peace Palace and Madurodam stops were great, and Scheveningen was a nice bonus—perfect spot for a quick walk by the sea! The only downside? The weather wasn’t the best (not their fault, of course! 😅). Super comfy ride, great driver, and totally stress-free. Highly recommend

Good and reliable taxi
We had a smooth and comfortable ride with Express Taxi from Schiphol Airport to our hotel in Rotterdam. The service was professional, and the car was clean and well-maintained. Our only challenge was locating the taxi driver at the airport, as we didn't read the pick-up instructions carefully — partly our own fault. Once we connected, everything went seamlessly. A great experience overall, just make sure to check the instructions for a stress-free start! 4/5 stars.

Glad I found Express Taxi
I don’t write a review every time I get a taxi, but Express Taxi deserves to be an exception. over the years, I’ve tried everything to get between The hague and Schiphol, Uber, bolt, trains, you name it. But for the past 3 years, I’ve stuck with Express Taxi, and it’s been the best decision. They r always reliable, and I know all their drivers now. Thanks for making travel so easy!

Top taxi service to the airport. We recently used Express Taxi for our trips from Rotterdam to Eindhoven Airport and back. The driver was the same for both trips and incredibly friendly, which immediately gave us a pleasant feeling. He was exactly on time and helped us politely with our luggage. The car was spacious and clean, which made the ride extra comfortable, especially for a longer distance. This is truly the ideal taxi if you are looking for reliability and a worry-free start to your journey. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable taxi service in the region!

We used Express Taxi Service for our trip from Schiphol to Rotterdam Cruise Port and booked via Viator. The day before our flight, we got an SMS from Express Taxi confirming our pick up. After we arrived, we were welcomed by a very frendly driver. Everything was smooth and very professional. My advice to anyone using this service is to make sure you have enough charge in your phone as without it it's impossibble to find the driver in such a busy airport. Overall, a great experience and highly recommend!

Driver was on time (actually he was early so he waited for me) I was welcomed by the taxi driver at Schiphol Airport, he was polite and friendly, I already booked my taxi back to the airport, I hope I get the same driver, great experience

TLDR: Excellent every time.

We have made use of this service about 10 times for ourselves and family commuting to / from the airport. Vehicles always clean, new and comfortable. Drivers always professional, reliable, responsive and on time. The same cannot be said of other taxi companies in The Hague.

Excellent service. Always on time. Clean cars, nice music. Friendly and professional approach. The owner never makes any problems when an unexpected situation happens, for example our plane landed in Amsterdam instead of Rotterdam, he said "no problem" and came I a middle of night to a different airport than originally booked. I no longer use trains as the service of this company gives me peace of mind. Recommended.

I'm already a regular passenger with Express Taxi
I used Express Taxi Service several times for transportation between Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and The Hague. They've been consistently great, except for one hiccup when the driver wouldn't accept card payment. We had to drive (well, he had to) to an ATM for cash, which was a bit hassle. Besides that, they're a reliable and trustworthy taxi service. Will be using the service again.

a HUGE thanks for the incredible Schiphol Airport pick-up. We messed up with the flight number when booked, but the taxi driver totally saved the day! Believe it or not, he actually called us the day before our arrival to double-check the flight details. Talk about going the extra mile! He clarified everything and even assured us he'd keep an eye on any changes. Seriously impressive. When we landed, our driver was there, on time and super friendly. The ride was smooth, the car was clean and comfy—couldn't have asked for more. Express Taxi Service, you're the best! We'll be spreading the word to our friends and family.

These guys seriously saved the day!
Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Express Taxi Service for hooking us up with a ride from Schiphol airport to The Hague. These guys seriously saved the day! Our flight was delayed for like 2 hours, but guess what? Our awesome taxi driver was still there, waiting patiently for us. Talk about top-notch service! The whole experience was super smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Express Taxi Service to anyone needing a reliable ride. Oh, and here's a pro tip for you: make sure your phone has enough juice to receive the driver's call when you land at Schiphol. Trust me, it'll make things even smoother. Thanks, Express Taxi Service, you guys rock!

Excellent company. Clear communication: I immediately received a confirmation email after I reserved a taxi online. A good price for a ride to Rotterdam-The Hague airport from the center of The Hague at 4 am. The taxi was well on time: it was ready for us 30 minutes earlier. Highly recommended!!

Express Taxi made our experience in and around the city truly exceptional
I recently booked a taxi ride with Express Taxi from Schiphol Airport to The Hague for myself and 5 other passengers. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The online booking process was extremely easy, and I received confirmation via email and SMS shortly after booking. The confirmation email contained all the details of our booking, and I was pleased to see that making any changes or cancellations could be done with just a few clicks online. Our driver was prompt and courteous, and he drove us safely and efficiently to our destination. We were so impressed with the service that we decided to book a tour guide with Express Taxi for the next day, and we were not disappointed. Both drivers we had were very professional and polite, and they made our experience in and around the city truly exceptional. Overall, I cannot recommend Express Taxi enough. From the ease of the online booking process to the exceptional service provided by the drivers, I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. If you need a ride from or to Schiphol Airport, I would highly recommend giving Express Taxi a try

Will definitely use them again when in The Netherlands.
First time in The Netherlands for a Cruise in Rotterdam, Found Express taxi through Tripadvisor and read some great feedbacks, looked over their website and found it very easy and I needed to book 3 trips, within our vacay time in Rotterdam. First I did the quick price calculation,. I booked 3 rides, first to be picked up from Schiphol airport to Rotterdam port, from there we needed two more rides within the city. They responded very quickly with emails and SMS with information regarding pick up at Schiphol Airport, Our driver was Noufel, he was right there on time as we were a few minutes late with getting our luggage . He was awesome we didn't have to lift a suitcase . He is very friendly and informative as this was our first time in The Netherlands. The car was spotless, water, and charging port , Thank you Noufel for getting us to our destinations safely. We requested him as our driver for the rest of our rides, We had a different driver who was also excellent. Express Taxi emailed all paid invoices and information, I highly recommend them . Excellent communication, there cars , there excellent service, there drivers . Will definitely use them again when in The Netherlands.

Used 247 Express Taxi from Schiphol to The Hague and was so happy with the service. Once we landed, the driver sent us a text message, very polite and friendly communication. We were not rushed, took our time to pick the luggage and the driver helped lifting our luggage. Nice talk throughout the ride, some advice and many laughs. Friendly yet professional. Recommended! 😁

Overall, we are happy with the service
Last week we had a taxi from Schiphol Airport to Rotterdam, now, I haven't been to The Netherlands since the the first lockdown during Covid, I was surprised that no one wearing mask any more, even taxi drivers not using mask! It was about 45 minutes driving so we asked the driver to wear his mask, he had no masks in the taxi! I mean it's mostly for his own safety as he meets travellers daily. Overall, we are happy with the service, he was on time and polite. Also they don't provide Meet and greet service any more, however we could easily find our driver.

Reasonable prices for Amsterdam Airport pick-up and friendly driver.
For our guests coming to The Hague city, we needed Airport pick-up and a trip to Rotterdam city centre for 3 passengers, flight landed in the middle of night after 3 hours delay, amazingly The taxi driver was waiting for our guests accordingly and really friendly driver even let me know when he picked up our guests by sms. Great Taxi service, reliable and prices were very reasonable.

Great alternative to public transport
My mobile phone wasn't connecting to make phone calls for some reason, so I emailed Express Taxi my reservation for early the following morning and they responded within 15 minutes to confirm. The driver was on time, very helpful, and nice car. Picked us up on our street and dropped us off right where we needed to be at Schiphol airport. This was a great alternative to taking public transportation if you're willing to pay the 75 euros.

Impressive Airport Taxi service
I'm very impressed by taxi Express, I booked a taxi to schiphol airport and with all chaotic stories of miles of people queue outside the departures, I called Express Taxi to ask for their advice on what time should we be picked up, and based on my flight number they picked me up perfectly on time. I highly recommend this service and will be using them again definitely.

Exceptionally good service
I usually don't bother writing reviews for the taxis I take, but if anyone deserves a 5 star rating, it must be Express Taxi Service in The Hague. From the moment I booked to the pick up date, all went exceptionally well. I booked to be picked up at Schiphol Airport to The hague city centre. And within 10 minutes I received the confirmation email and SMS. The day before my arrival I received another email from Express Taxi which contained the Driver's details and phone number. All this for 68 Euro! Which is almost half the price compared to the regular taxis. Amazing service

Recommend Airport Taxi service
I booked a return trip with Express Taxi Service to be picked up at Schiphol Airport and return the day after. The driver sent me an SMS after arrival and waited for me to pick up my luggage. Everything was smooth and easy. Friendly driver and super nice car. Only thing is the pick up location is a bit confusing and the instructions on express-taxi.nl aren't quite right. But thanks to the driver, he was very helpful. Recommended Airport Taxi service.

Professional and very friendly drivers. In the past 3 weeks, we have used Express Taxi twice, both for dropping off and picking up at Schiphol. We were extremely satisfied both times. Punctual, professional, and very friendly drivers. Additionally, regarding the pick-up, I was wondering if we would be able to easily find the taxi at Schiphol, but the communication and explanation regarding this were also very well and clearly arranged. Thanks again!

Always well on time. And good service. We are satisfied with Express Taxi Service every holiday. Both the outward and return journeys went smoothly. The driver was on time. Because it was busy at Schiphol, the driver could not pick us up at the arrival hall and we had to go to departure hall 3. This caused some extra delay, but otherwise everything was as agreed.

Great service, Strongly advised when you have lots of luggage
We recently moved to The Hague and usually use trains to and from Schiphol Airport, but not when we have 4 suitcases and a stroller, booked a return trip with Express Taxi. We chose a Station car but still not sure if our luggage fits in the taxi. Also you chose to be picked up at the Meeting point (tip: helpful when you have lots of luggage) located very close to the arrival hall. I'm amazed at how smooth and easy the whole thing went. I was updated for driver assignment per email, received sms when our taxi driver was waiting for us at the meeting point. Driver helped us with the luggage and amazingly all the luggage fitted in the car 😀, if you beeked to be picked up at the Meeting point I strongly advise to read the confirmation email, makes it very easy to find the place. Overall, great service, highly recommended.

Express Taxi Service made our journey to the airport very comfortable
We needed a taxi to schiphol airport that comes with a child seat for our 2 year old daughter, after some search we found Express Taxi, a local taxi company in The Hague where we booked our taxi online, and confirmation arrived in 10 minutes by sms and email. On the pick-up date we received an email containing the Driver's details and car details. Everything went perfect. Driver helped with setting up the car seat and drove us in 40 minutes to schiphol airport. Excellent service.

Top Airport Taxi Service. For someone who regularly needs to travel to various airports, a reliable and pleasant carrier is indispensable. So far, I haven't had a better experience than with Express Taxi Schiphol. I've had quite a few carriers, but since this first experience, I never call anyone else. The service from Express Taxi is personal, punctual, and very well organized. Top work! And see you soon!

we had a great experience and a great ride for almost half the price
Last time we landed at Schiphol Airport (almost 2 years ago) it was difficult to find a taxi accepting our dog in the taxi, in the end one taxi took us to the hotel in Rotterdam but that cost us a lot of money. This time we pre booked our taxi with Express Taxi, on their website stated that pets are allowed in the taxi and the prices are very reasonable. Arrived at Schiphol and received an sms from taxi driver, we had a great experience and a great ride for almost half the price compared to the taxis in front of the airport.

Super experience with Express Taxi. Organizing this ride from Schiphol to Rotterdam via online booking from abroad went perfectly. Communication with our taxi driver via SMS upon arrival at Schiphol airport was clear. The driver was friendly and helpful. His driving style was pleasant. Our experience was superb. While people were still waiting for a taxi at the departure hall, our taxi was already waiting for us. A polite driver, he drove us home safely. He was also sociable and cheerful and genuinely interested in our experiences. Even though we were delayed, our taxi kept a close eye on everything. He told us exactly where we could be picked up via SMS. He helped with the suitcases; truly fantastic. We will definitely book our taxi again next time.

Booked a taxi to schiphol airport with child seat and we highly recommend Express taxi service in The Hague
We needed a taxi to schiphol airport with child seat for our new born baby, we found out that most taxi companies don't have this service, we were lucky to find Express taxi in The Hague who offer 3 different chlid seats to choose from. After asking them here on TripAdvisor, we received the assurance pretty quickly. For only 5 euro we could add a child seat to our taxi booking. Excellent taxi service, highly recommended.

Amazing ride, %100 RECOMMENDED
Express Taxi was recommended by our Hotel reception, I booked through their website which was all smooth and received confirmation email in minutes, followed by another email for driver assignment with taxi driver details and car number. You know when you have a very early flight you need more then email confirmation 😁 so I called them just to be sure, and they confirmed my booking, at 5 AM received an SMS saying our driver is waiting in front of our hotel, just amazing. Car was covid-19 proof with separated glass between us and taxi driver, he dropped us off in front of our departure at Schiphol Airport. I never had such a comfy ride, %100 RECOMMENDED.

Overall Great service
Over all Great service, When I arrived at the schiphol airport, I received a text message from the driver welcoming me and directed me to the meeting point in the arrival hall, friendly driver, nice limousine, the only issue was finding the meeting point, I guess it should be better instructed, it's a crouded airport, so we followed the signs to the meeting point but there were no enough signs, but other than that, I'm very satisfied with Express Taxi Service.

Easy and reliable service
I am so happy I picked Express Taxi Service. Reservation online was easy and confirmed within minutes. My flight was delayed an hour, which meant that my driver had to wait at Schiphol for my arrival. Great service, good price and easy pick up instructions
First of all, just a quick advice if you arriving in Schiphol Airport and it's your first time at this huge airport, then booking your taxi is an excellent way to avoid complicated bus / train organizations and also you save time and money. But another advice for first timers at Schiphol is to be picked up at (Meeting point) instead of outside the airport, we paid 10 extra euro for this (VIP service) where the taxi driver is waiting for you at the meeting point (very easy to find). As for the Taxi prices, it was almost 40 euro cheaper than a official taxis which are waiting just outside the arrival hall. All in all, we are glad we arranged this taxi pick up online.

GREAT taxi from Schiphol to The Hague
I was recently traveling for business to The Hague, Netherlands and debating whether I should haul my luggage and carry onto the train at Schiphol Airport. I would have had to take the train to Den Haag Centraal and then either a bus/tram or a taxi to my hotel. After many hours in the air and with the +6 hour time change, I decided that a taxi would work much better. I found Express Taxi Service via a web search and to say that I was pleased with the service was an understatement. I made a round-trip reservation via their web site and within minutes received a confirmation notice with pickup instructions. When arriving (late) at Schiphol, I turned on my phone and immediately received a couple of text messages from my driver stating that he was waiting on the #2 departure area, the type and color of his car, and even his number plate. Then I received a call from him telling me the same thing. After getting through passport control and picking up luggage, there he was waiting for me. Door-to-door service was excellent. Payment either via cash or credit card (they charge 3 euro for the charge which was fine with me). I was quoted 59 euro from Schiphol to my hotel in The Hague and that's what I was charged (plus the credit card fee which was not charged on the way back to the airport since I had cash). The return trip to the airport was equally perfect. I asked to be picked up at the hotel at 07:30 and the car was there exactly on-time to wisk me to Schiphol in about a half hour. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a taxi from Schiphol to use Express Taxi - much cheaper than just taking at cab at the airport and a great experience.

Booked a round trip from AMS airport to The Hague, without putting any credit card information, just email address and phone number, and got confirmation immediately. Drive texted messaging me his vehicle model, license plate number and pick up location, and I was able to easily find his car upon my arrival. Same driver for the round trip. Car is great and clean, and driver is very professional. Highly recommended!

I was in Den Haag for a meeting the week of February 13, 2017. My colleague and I arrived in Amsterdam airport in the morning of February 13. We did not book a taxi ahead of time. We were advised by a bank personnel to get an "official taxi" on the left of the airport exit and that the cost would be around 75 euro. When we got to the taxi stand on the left of the airport exit, we told the man who was directing the taxi queue that we wanted to go to Den Haag. He told us that the taxis at that taxi stand only service Amsterdam and walked us to a taxi a few blocks away. We got on a taxi and to our surprise, we were charged, not around 75 euro as we were told, 118 euro for our trip.
For our return flight, I booked a taxi with 247 Express Taxi on line. I got a response within an hour and a confirmation e-mail the next day, specifying clearly the pick up time, place, and a total cost for credit card payment of 64 euro. On the day of our departure, the taxi driver was on time, he was very professional. The drive to the airport was pleasant. I had a very good experience with 247 Express Taxi. I will certainly use their service again on my next trip to Amsterdam and would highly recommend it based on my experience.

Already for a few years we are permanent clients of Express Taxi. The company offers a really good service for an acceptable price. We have never experienced any inconveniences with the delays - the taxi was always there in time for both arrival and departure. In case the company could not take our order Express Taxi always offered us an alternative company for the same price. All in all very much satisfied.
Regards,
Vlad and Julia
