Yes. With Express Taxi, you can easily book a taxi on behalf of another person, such as a colleague, family member or business guest.
What information should you provide?
- Enter the correct pickup location, destination, date and time.
- In the Comments field, include the name and mobile phone number of the person who will actually be travelling.
- For airport pickups, provide the traveller's correct flight number.
- Use a valid email address where you would like to receive the booking confirmation.
Important: Make sure the traveller is reachable by phone so the driver can coordinate the pickup directly with them.
You can manage the reservation using the personal My Booking link in your confirmation email.
