- My Booking: you can change your journey up to 2 hours before pickup and cancel free of charge up to 3 hours before pickup.
- Your driver: once a driver is scheduled, My Booking shows their name, phone number and vehicle.
- Pickup: your driver normally contacts you before pickup. Being picked up at the airport? Your driver follows your flight and adjusts to an early or late arrival.
