How will I find my driver in the airport?

What happens if my flight is early or delayed?
Our Pick-up service means that we can track your flight and adjust your pick-up time automatically.

In our taxis you can pay cash, Debit or Credit cards. when you book online, you can easily pay via iDeal, Debit or Credit cards.

Companies can also drive on account with us. Please indicate this in advance when booking. Your company will receive the invoice from us afterwards.
Please Note: If the pick-up location of your booking is an Airport, only the online payment method is available.
How do I book an extra pick-up or Drop off address?
An Extra Pick-Up or Drop-off Address within the same City costs Extra €10. You can book your Taxi Online and add any extra Pick-Up or Drop-off Address in the “special instructions” field in the Booking Form. After booking, you receive the Total Cost including any costs for extra Pick-Up or Drop-off Address.
Do I have to share the taxi with other people?
No, we only offer private taxis and no shared taxis. With us you go straight to the destination. We do not detour via other addresses, unless you have arranged with us to pick up friends or family on the way, for example.
Do you provide Child Seats?
Unfortunately, Express Schiphol Taxi Central does not have child seats. The reason for this is, among other things, that the taxi driver can no longer carry out trips with luggage and 4 people, since the child seat takes up space. By law, you must transport children up to 135 cm in an approved car seat. Because this is not always possible in practice, there are a few exceptions in the law. These exceptions concern transporting children in your own car, in another car, in a taxi and on the bus.
Exception taxi transport
- If there is no car seat in taxis (recognizable by a blue license plate), children from the age of 3 may be transported in the back seat with the seat belt.
- Children under the age of 3 may be transported 'separately' on the rear seat, for example on your lap.
- Only children taller than 135 cm may be transported on the co-driver's seat, of course with the seat belt on.
How can I change / Cancel my reservation?
Reservations made online can only be canceled or changed online in the confirmation email you received.
Reporting a change is possible up to two (2) hours before the time when the original (first booked) transport takes place.
You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before departure. There are no costs involved.
I received a different flight number abroad, what now?
If you have a different flight number than you have provided, you must inform us as soon as possible by e-mailing us.
My flight is delayed or arrives much earlier.
This is no problem. Because you have provided the correct flight number, we can see exactly how your flight is doing. The driver will therefore be ready for you on time.
Are pets allowed in the taxi?
Pets are allowed in almost all taxis, but you must state with your reservation what kind of pet you are traveling with.
