For groups, delegations or a personal welcome, you can select the optional meeting-point service. The driver meets you at the designated meeting point with a name sign. It is an additional reception service; the standard pickup remains a straightforward choice.
Flight details and the person arriving
Enter the arrival date and flight number. If an assistant arranges the journey, also include a number on which the passenger can be reached. Report itinerary changes and check the confirmed journey details. Do not assume an unlimited waiting period without an agreement.
Build a realistic schedule after landing
For an office visit, provide the visitor entrance; for a hotel, supply its name and full address. Leave room for baggage collection and arrival formalities before committing to a meeting time.
