If your itinerary includes multiple stops, enter the required waypoints in the booking process or ask for a quotation. Extra stops and distance can affect the fare; they are not automatically included at no charge.

Executive airport transfers

For Schiphol, Rotterdam The Hague Airport and other airports supported by our booking form, reserve a vehicle based on the number of travellers and bags. For a Schiphol pickup, provide the flight number and a contact number that will work on arrival. You can arrange transport for a visiting colleague without expecting them to navigate an unfamiliar taxi queue.

At Schiphol, the standard Express Taxi pickup is outside Departures 2, using the directions supplied with the booking. It is convenient for individual travellers and does not require a paid meet-and-greet.

For delegations, VIP guests and coordinated group arrivals, an optional pickup at the designated meeting point with a name sign can be selected. This is an additional service rather than the default method of airport pickup.

Vehicles for individual travellers and groups

Depending on the route and capacity, the available categories include Sedan, Estate and Minibus. Select according to the total number of passengers and checked bags. Vehicle category and availability are confirmed through the booking process; we do not promise a particular manufacturer, model or chauffeur unless separately confirmed.

Transparent bookings and company travel arrangements

The fare is calculated for the entered journey, vehicle and any applicable extras. Use the online booking form for a current price rather than relying on old hourly-rate tables. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Business customers who require a tailored itinerary or additional billing details can contact us with the dates, route and passenger count.

Standard online bookings can be placed until two hours before pickup. Your confirmation includes access to a secure booking-management link for the changes and cancellation options offered for that reservation.

Changes and cancellation

A reservation can be cancelled without charge up to three hours before pickup. Within the final three hours, a 30% fee applies to the affected journey. For a return booking, the policy is assessed by journey rather than assuming both trips must be cancelled together.
