You can make changes to your booking up to (3) hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
You can cancel the ride up to 3 hours before the agreed pick-up time. Any amounts paid will be refunded in full (less transaction fees) within 7 days of cancellation as stated in the Terms and Conditions.
