Texel is reached by ferry from Den Helder. A taxi booking to the ferry terminal is not the same service as transport all the way to an address on the island. The difference affects vehicle availability, ferry arrangements and the price, so decide where the booked taxi journey should end.

TESO lists the pedestrian and cyclist terminal at Havenplein 3 in Den Helder. If the taxi is only taking you to the ferry, book that terminal as the destination. You then board as a foot passenger and arrange any transport after arrival on Texel separately.
Taking a vehicle onto the island is a separate plan
TESO carries vehicles too, but a taxi crossing with passengers requires explicit agreement and the appropriate ferry ticket. Do not assume that a standard long-distance taxi quote includes the vehicle's crossing, return journey or island waiting time. TESO does not accept reservations for a particular sailing time.
