Taxi in Krimpen aan den IJssel with a clear collection point
A pickup on the IJsseldijk requires different planning from a departure in a residential area towards Rotterdam. When booking, give the street number and a sensible place to board rather than entering only “Krimpen aan den IJssel”.
The Algerabrug and riverside routes
Krimpenerwaard municipality confirmed that the Algerabrug reopened to road traffic in September 2026 after major maintenance. Bridges and dike roads still matter when planning a journey with a firm appointment time. A road that was previously closed should not be described as permanently closed; check current traffic conditions before departure.
A pre-agreed fare for your onward trip
For Capelle aan den IJssel, Rotterdam or Schiphol, state the passenger and luggage requirements. Express Taxi confirms a fixed price for the entered journey before travel; time spent in congestion does not raise that agreed fare. A driver cannot promise traffic-free roads or an arrival time regardless of conditions.
