Long distance: door to door, one price

A long journey by train often means changing, carrying luggage and still arranging the last stretch. With a pre-booked Express Taxi you travel directly from your address to your destination, across the Netherlands and to Belgium and Germany. You see the fixed fare before you book, and that fare does not rise if you are held up in traffic.

How much is a long-distance taxi?

The fare depends on the route and the vehicle. Examples of long rides from The Hague:

To Groningen: from €361
To Maastricht: from €349
To Eindhoven: from €231
To Arnhem: from €203

These are example fares for a sedan, during the day, from centre to centre, calculated with our current rates. The booking form shows the exact fare for your addresses, date and vehicle.

Book directly or request a quotation first

For longer rides, the booking form gives you a choice: book directly at the fare shown, or request a quotation first. A quotation is useful if you still want to agree the ride, for example with a colleague, an employer or your travel companions.

Why a taxi for a long journey?

Door to door: you get in at your front door and out at your destination, without changing.
Your own pace: want to stop somewhere on the way, or collect someone? Add a stop to your ride.
Room for luggage: choose an estate for extra suitcases, or a minibus or Mini-Coach for a group.
Rest on the way: you can work, read or relax while your driver drives.

Belgium and Germany too

We also drive across the border, for example to Antwerp, Brussels or the Ruhr area, and to Brussels Airport and Düsseldorf Airport. Enter your address and destination in the booking form; you see the fare straight away.

There and back

Need to return the same day or later? Switch on the return journey in the booking form. The return is a separate ride with its own fare, booked in the same booking. For a programme with waiting time at the destination, we are happy to agree the plan with you via WhatsApp.

Changing, cancelling and paying

In My Booking you can change your ride up to 2 hours before pickup. Cancelling is free until 3 hours before the pickup time; after that, 30% of the ride concerned is charged. You pay online or in the taxi; business customers can pay by invoice by arrangement.
