Here's how it works:
- Open the email containing your personal quotation.
- Click the link to view your offer.
- Review your journey details, selected vehicle and quoted fare.
- Click Accept Quote and follow the instructions to complete your reservation.
You can choose from the available payment options, including online payment or paying your driver.
How long is my quotation valid?
Your quotation is valid for 48 hours from the time we send it. After this period, the offer expires, and you can request a new quotation.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your reservation is confirmed once you've completed the booking process and received your booking confirmation from Express Taxi.
