Include children in your passenger total and enter the number of large checked bags separately. An estate may suit a journey with more luggage, while a group travelling together may need a minibus or larger category. The booking form applies capacity limits so you cannot select a vehicle that is too small for the stated party.
Match the vehicle to the journey
A direct transfer from a Hague office to a meeting may require a different setup from an airport pickup for a delegation. If you need a booster seat or Schiphol's optional designated meeting-point service, select the relevant extra where offered. Availability and conditions depend on the journey; do not rely on an unrequested service being included.
