All flights are monitored. You do not need to contact the supplier if your flight is delayed as they will automatically amend your pick-up time accordingly. If your outward flight is cancelled, please cancel your booking (ONLINE), with no Cancellation fee.
If you made your reservation through our website, you’ll get a confirmation e-mail. If you made your reservation by telephone, the dispatcher will confirm your booking.
In rare instances, it is possible that your email server or software may mistake our emails for spam and not deliver them. If you feel that you should have received a communication from us, but have not, after checking the Spam Box, please email or call our Customer Service Center.
