What happens if my outward flight is delayed or cancelled?

All flights are monitored. You do not need to contact the supplier if your flight is delayed as they will automatically amend your pick-up time accordingly. If your outward flight is cancelled, please cancel your booking (ONLINE), with no Cancellation fee.

Can I get a fixed price for a taxi ride?

When you make a reservation with Express taxi, you will always get a fixed price. Of course, we do need the address details of your pick up location and destination. Visit the page ‘Taxi costs‘ for more information.

Can I have a receipt or an Invoice?

A formal Taxi Receipt will be printed for you in the Taxi, Please ask our driver. If you tell us in advance we can also prepare for you a tax invoice (mostly for business and corporate customers).

Do you provide transportation 24 hours a day?

How far in advance should I order a Taxi?

Although you can book your transfer whenever you would like, we always recommend you do this at least 6 hours prior to your required pick-up. Short notice request cannot always be honoured seeing we might not have an available driver in the area of your request or we might be fully booked at the time.
